Oliver’s Bed & Breakfast has a hidden secret. Set in the beautiful foothills of the Maluti Mountains is Charlotte's Place, a tranquil location for a well deserved break.
The house is within easy walking distance of the village centre, where there are loads of wonderful restaurants cooking up a welcoming meal in the local style. The local Clarens Brewery has some great original beers to wash it all down with as well. The village also plays host to a vibrant community of artists, so a perfect piece might just be waiting for you to find it.
Our self-catering four bedroom villa can accommodate up to eight guests and one baby, with a cot already at your disposal. A large balcony furnished with table and chairs offers a spectacular spot to rest after a vigorous hike up the mountain. A Webber braai - it’s South African for barbecue - give guests the fresh taste of the great outdoors, while a family kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer and a washing machine.
A small and cosy lounge offers a place to hide away from the chilly evenings in front of the fire. Well-appointed rooms offer staggering views of the surrounding mountains, with a combination of shared and en suite bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a king-size four poster bed and shares a fully appointed bathroom with a second king-size equipped bedroom. A third room features a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, with bath. More magnificent views of the mountains are to be found just out the window. The final room has two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
A minimum stay of two nights is required. Bedding and towels are changed once a week in the event of a long stay.
